Team Dues and Fundraising:
Yearly player dues are $150

(Please do not send money with your player to give to the coaches).
Dues and fundraising cover the following: (not provided by APS)
*Uniforms, golf shirts, hats, pullovers, rain suits etc.
*Practice range class, tees and tournament balls
*District and State Tournament expenses
*Awards banquet, team gifts
** La Cueva Golf Bags MUST be ordered ASAP! Cost will be communicated at team/parent meeting.
Important
You must have your physical completed and submitted via Dragonfly before you can practice. You will not be able to practice or compete until your physical has been received.
Qualifying Players:
The rules set by APS/NMAA allow 5 boys 5 girls to play at most tournaments. All golf team members will play qualifying rounds (before each tournament) to help the coaches determine the tournament players. (Some tournaments allow more than 5 girls/boys) Coaches will let players know in advance.
Team Dinners:
Scheduled the twice per semester the night before tournament
*Hosted by players families at their home or a restaurant
*All families must participate in hosting and/or helping with a team dinner
*All team members are invited and encouraged to attend all team dinners.
*Bonding time for entire team regardless if you are playing in tournament.

Transportation Forms
This form is required for out of town travel.
This form allows you to take or pick up your student when transportation is provided.
This form allows parents to transport students or students to
